	Our practice is currently a participating provider for the Delta Dental Premier insurance plan. As a Delta Dental Premier patient, you can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expense by choosing our practice, while you still enjoy the top quality care we provide. Also, our Knowledgeable insurance coordinators will file and process your claims on the day of treatment, and you will be responsible for your estimated portion (co-pay) only. (If you have a Delta Dental insurance plan and choose to go to a non-participating provider, you will be responsible to pay 100% of the treatment cost at each visit). Note: There are three types of Delta Dental insurance. They are Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental Premier/PPO and Delta Dental PPO. If you are not sure which type of insurance you have, please contact your employer or your HR department for more detailed information.
